3/4 cup margarine
1 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
2 T yeast
1/2 cup warm water
7 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Melt margarine in sauce pan, add milk and heat until it bubbles. Pour over sugar and salt in large bowl. Mix well. Add COLD water to cool the above mixture, add eggs and mix well/ Add yeast/water when dissolved and bubbly and mix well. Add flour all at once. Mix slowly to keep flour in bowl. Dough will be sticky. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 8 hours (overnight) Next day shape into bow knots by rolling dough into a long rectangle about 1/2 inch thick and 8 inches wide. Use flour. Cut 1" strips with a pizza cutter and tie into a bow. Place on pan 4 across and 5 down. let rise til very light (about 2 hours) and bake at 400º about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Dough keeps about 4 days in fridge. Makes about 40 bowknots.
