1/2 large head lettuce
1/2 medium bunch romaine
1 c. bread cubes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg beaten
1/4 c. salad oil
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crush garlic add to salad oil. Let stand 30 minutes. Wash and dry your lettuces, break and tear into a salad bowl. Add cheese. Toast bread cubes until delicately brown. Strain salad oil to remove garlic. Combine oil with Worcestershire and lemon juice. Beat well and pour over salad. Add egg and toss until egg disappears. Add bread cubes and more oil if necessary. Season with salt and pepper.
