2 cups pumpkin seeds, cleaned and rinsed
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3T Butter
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the seeds in water with 2 T salt for about 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towel. In a mixing bowl add the Worcestershire sauce, butter and salt. Mix well. Add the seeds and mix until coated. Spread seeds on baking sheet and bake at 225º for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
