3c. Sweet Potatoes, fresh cooked or canned & Mashed
1c. sugar
1/2c. Margarine
2 eggs
1T. vanilla
Topping:
1C. brown sugar
1c. pecans
1/3c. flour 1/3c. margarine, softened
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sugar, margarine, eggs, and vanilla together and pour into a 2 Qt. greased casserole. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over potato mixture . Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
