Clean and break green beans and shell out beans
Place them and all remaining ingredients in the
Pressure cooker,add just enough water to cover, and cook as recommended by the manufacturer, Usually about 15 minutes

I remember this recipe well. You always knew when you walked in for dinner at Aunt Dorothy's and the pressure cooker was rocking that you were going to have a good meal.
Add some Pork chops,Mashed potatoes with butter melted on top and Milk Gravy,
Peeled sliced tomatoes, Cole Slaw, and bread and butter, Sweet and crunchy pickles in a pretty dish. And a Fresh Made Cobbler, Cake or Pie.
And the conversation we had at the table and while were doing the dishes. Priceless!
