1c. butter
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate, cut up
1c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1c. creamy peanut butter
icing:
1c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate, cut up
1/2 c. finely chopped roasted unsalted peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
1) Grease three 9 by 1 1/2 inch round cake pans. Line each pan with waxed paper or parchment paper. grease and flour the paper. Set pans aside
2) In a heavy-medium saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until melted. Set aside to cool.
3) In a large mixing bowl beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla just until combined. Beat in the cooled chocolate on low speed. Combine and add the flour and baking powder, beating on low speed for about 1 minute until smooth.
4) Divide the batter among the prepared pans, spreading evenly. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 20 minutes.

mix all ingredients together with egg beater until smooth.
