1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 lbs. ground hamburger
2 cups quick oats
2 eggs
2 cups onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shape into balls. Place flat in pan. Dissolve sauce and pour over meatballs and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
