Chill 1 large can Pet milk. Mix by hand 3 egg yolks,9 TBSP sugar, 3 TBSP,lemon juice in small bowl. Set aside. Beat until stiff 3 egg whites,add 6 TBSP sugar add yolk mixture to this an beat well. Whip milk until stiff. Then add 4 and 1/2 TBSP lemon juice to milk.. Add egg mixture to this.Pour over a graham cookie crust.Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and serve frozen.
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST Mix 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs,1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup melted butter.akes 1 long glass pan size.I also substitute lime juice for the lemon juice sometimes and it makes a very good frozen lime pie or mix 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 lime juice for a lemon-lime pie
