Mayonnaise ½ cup
Dijon Mustard ¼ cup
Celery, diced ¼” 3 oz
Red Pepper, diced ¼” 3 oz
Green Onion, diced ¼ 1 oz
Fresh Dill, chopped (no stems) 2 tablespoons
Roasted Shrimp, cold 1tray

•Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard,
celery, red peppers, green onions and
dill to a large mixing bowl.•Mix with gloved hands until all
ingredients are combined.•Add roasted shrimp to the mixture.

•Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
