"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
This makes a big salad. The amount of ingredients to use is based on the size of the bowl you are going to use. I use enough so there is a complete layer of each ingredient one on top of one another. You can also add more of one ingredient if you like. I always add more mayo to cover the peas and more Parmesan cheese. I also use Hormel Peppered Bacon to give the salad a little kick. Be careful though on the amount of lettuce you use because people tend to grab the top layers and a little lettuce so you are left at the end with just a bowl of lettuce. You need more lettuce than the other ingredients but not enough to where that's all that is left. An 8X8 or 9x13 dish would be good because people could then get a mix of everything. This is Aunt Christine's FAVORITE SALAD IN THE WORLD !!!!
