36 Ritz Crackers- Crushed
1 c. Chopped Walnuts

4 Egg Whites
1 c. Sugar
1 t. Vanilla

1 pt. Whipping Cream
2-3 t. Sugar
Angel Flake Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
-Mix together the crushed Ritz Crackers and chopped walnuts.

-Beat egg whites until stiff. When they are halfway there, begin adding in sugar, then vanilla. Beat together and fold into the cracker mixture.

-Bake in a 9 X 13 greased pan for 15-20 minutes or until brown at 350º.

-Let cool.



-Beat 1 pt. of whipping cream until stiff, adding 2-3 t. sugar while beating.

-Spread whipping cream on top of baked cracker mixture.

-Pat angel flake coconut on top.

-Refrigerate until served.
