1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 T. vinegar to regular milk to make sour)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 T. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini
chopped walnuts (optional)
chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix in dry ingredients and beat well. Add zucchini and mix. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
