Ingredients: 6 medium tomatoes
1 bunch of cilantro
3 Serrano chilies (2 for mild)
4 scallions
Lemon juice from ½ a lemon
Salt (to taste)

Directions: Chop all ingredients into very small pieces. You may use a Food Processor, but don’t tell anybody. Place all chopped ingredients into a large glass bowl. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight. Eat with tortilla chips, or spoon the salsa onto tacos, or even onto scrambled eggs.
