2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350º. Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt together. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together. Stir the eggs, vanilla extract, and milk into the butter-sugar mixture. Mix the dry and wet mixes together. Add the chocolate chips. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 8-9 min.
