3 lbs wings or drumettes
1 beaten egg
1 c.flour
1 c. butter(or margarine)
SAUCE
3 tbsps soya sauce
3 tbsps water
1c. white sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
If whole wings are used , cut in half. Dip chicken in egg then flour- fry in butter until deep brown & crisp.
Put in shallow baking pan & pour sauce over .
Bake @ 350º for 3/4 hour , spoon sauce over chicken during cooking...
