1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
4 6-oz tuna steaks
2 tbsp capers
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the paprika, thyme, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt in a bowl. Rub the spice mixture on the entire surface of the tuna steaks.
2. Combine the capers, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet, preferably cast iron, over high heat. Add the steaks and cook 2-3 minutes per side, or until deeply browned on the outside, but rare in the center. Remove from the skillet.
4. Serve each steak with a dollop of the remoulade sauce.
