1 egg
1 cup sugar
3/4 cups butter
1/4 cup molasses
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and molasses. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, then add to wet ingredients. Make balls with dough and roll into sugar. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
