Salad:

1 head of lettuce, shredded
3-6 green onions, chopped
1 small package of sliced toasted almonds
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. cold chicken breast, chopped.

Dressing:

4 tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. wine vinegar.

Directions:

Salad: Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
Dressing: Microwave for one minute and stir well. After cooling, add 1/2 c. salad oil to dressing and refrigerate. Serving: Shake the dressing well before adding to the salad along with 1 can of chow mein noodles or rice noodles.
