Around 2 lbs (8-10) potatoes
4 LARGE cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp parsley
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/4 cube of unsalted butter
1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the garlic and the 1 Tbsp salt together and let set. Cook potatoes and mash. Add everything except the garlic and bread crumbs. Then add or fold in the garlic and sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top. Bake covered at 350º for 30 min. If made ahead and set in fridge, heat with foil longer at same temp of 350º (at least 30-40 min--maybe longer) Put all this in a 9x13 baking dish. The garlic intensifies if set in fridge over night, sooo good!
