4 cups sugar
1 lg. can Pet evaporated milk (13 oz)
1/2 lb butter
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 pt. jar marshmallow fluff
3 large pkg chocolate chips (12oz size)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, milk, and vanilla over med. Heat until melted, THEN cook 10 min. AFTER it comes to a BOIL, remove from heat and add chips, and butter until mixed, add marshmallow, beat until smooth and thick, add walnuts. Put in a buttered pan--12x14. Let set until cool, then refrigerate. (at least 3 hrs or until hard to touch)
