12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c shredded swiss cheese
1/3 c chopped onion
2 c milk
1 c Bisquick
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Grease a 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into dish. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over ingredients in dish. Bake until knife inserted into middle of dish comes out clean, about 35 to 40 min. Cool 5 min before serving. Can be baked ahead of time and re-heated.
