1st layer:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2nd layer:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 carton Cool Whip
3rd layer:
1 6 oz. package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
4th layer:
1/2 carton Cool Whip
5th layer:
Chopped pecans, toasted coconut or chocolate shavings

Directions:
1st layer: Melt butter; mix with sugar, flour and pecans. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix together ingredients of each layer separately. Layer and refrigerate.
