16 mint sprigs
2 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 limes quartered
5oz lemon juice
6oz Metaxa, soda water

Directions:
Directions:
Divide mint and brown sugar evenly between 4 glasses. Add 2 lime wedges and lemon juice to each glass. Muddle (squish in the bottom of the glass) mint, brown sugar, and quartered limes vigorously with lemon juice. top each with 1 1/2 oz Metaxa and fill glass with ice. Top with soda water Swirl and serve.

We had these for one of our "lawn dinners" and I could drink them all day! (Of course I wouldn't be able to get off the floor!) Metaxa is a Greek liquor something like a dessert wine-- something like brandy mixed with Muscat. We had a grand night!
