Notes: My father and I used to LOVE eating pasta together at family dinners! Next to serving with our family's tomato sauce and meatballs, white clam sauce was probably our favorite recipe. In true Colombo fashion, we had very hearty appetites when it came to pasta! I have certainly heard stories of how my father, and his brothers, shared this gift. That was many years, and pounds, ago... As it was passed down to me, I too have passed down the pasta-eating torch to my father's eldest grandson, our son Michael Robert. Though Mikey is a thin-as-a-rail 12 year old, he can certainly hold his own when it comes to his pasta appetite!
