8oz cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonaisse
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 pkg (1.4oz) Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (8oz) can water chesnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions sliced
Pumpernickel bread

Mix cream cheese, mayo and sour cream well. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Serve with pumpernickel bread, vegetables or crackers.
