flour
salt
Italian seasoning
garlic salt and pepper (enough to shake the washed chicken in the bag to coat)

2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Shake the washed chicken in a bag with the flour, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper and salt. Brown in the olive oil. Add the wine (try not to drink it all before hand) and bring to a boil, (darn, now you're cooking all the alcohol out!), turn temp down to low, cover pan and let cook for about 20 min. Meanwhile in another pan cook the green onions and mushrooms in the butter (NOT olive oil) Add this to the chicken after the 20 min. and cook another 15 min uncovered. Sprinkle the parsley on top to serve.

Personal Notes:
The Italian seasoning and garlic salt really make this (wine never hurts either!). Company always likes this one too! Great for winter when my honey isn't grilling the chicken!
