Bacon
5 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 pint small curd cottage cheese
1 cup grated jack cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small can of Ortega diced chilies
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

Cook and crumble bacon and put in bottom of an 8x8 greased pan. Then beat together all other ingredients and pour over bacon. Bake at 350º for 45 mins. or until brown on top.
