- 3 Haas avocados
- 3 vine ripened tomatoes
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. Cumin
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

- Chop meat from the avocados. Place into suitably sized bowl with cover for storage.
- Chop tomatoes and add to bowl with avocados.
- Chop onion and add to bowl.
- Mince garlic and bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients and adjust to personal taste.
- Serve with decent tortilla chips as an appetizer.

I started making this guacamole for my lovely bride. She likes it during the hour-or-so after our kids have gone to bed, or as a quick snack during the day to give her some energy. It's especially tasty after having set in the refrigerator for several hours so the flavors can blend.
