12 ox (3c) shredded shapr cheddar cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonaise
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 12 oz pkg Mexicorn
Directions:
Directions:
Bring cheese to room temperature. In lg bowl crumble cheese w-fork or mixer to form small bits. Mix in rest except corn. Blend well then add into corn. Chill.
