Lg pkg shell macaroni
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
2 c milk
1 tsp salt
2 c shredded chedder cheese
1 egg (beaten)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni.
Melt 1/4 c butter. Blend in 1/4 c flour.
Add milk, salt & cheese stirring as you go.
Gradually stir 1/4 of hot mix into egg. Stir the rest of the cheese sauce in then add to the macaroni. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350F for 35 mins
