46oz jar dill pickles (the cheapest)
2 1/2 c white sugar
1/4c water
2/3 c vinegar
1 tsp ea poppy seeds & celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse pickles in cold water and wash jar. Cut pickles in chunks. Put tsp of poppy seeds and celery seeds in jar. Add pickle chunks. boil together sugar, vinegar and water until sugar is dissolved and boils heavily. Pour hot syrup over chunks in jar. Seal with orig lid. Best if they stand a few days.
