3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup brandy
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar, vanilla, and melted butter. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add brandy, cloves and milk, stirring constantly. When well mixed place sauce in blender and blend at highest speed until it has the texture of heavy cream. Serve warm over bread pudding above.
