3/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs beaten
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup melted and cooled shortening
1 more cup of flour
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup of cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soak in mixing bowl the water, sugar and yeast. Add the eggs, 1 1/4 cup flour, salt and shortening. Mix until partially smooth. Then add one more cup of flour. Mix until blended. Put into 9x15x1" buttered pan. Cover and let rise until double. Dot with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Pour cream over top and bake for 20 minutes at 375º
