2 cans creamed corn
6 Tblsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 jalapenos chopped
2 cups grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and spread in a buttered dish. Top with cheese and bake for 1 hour @ 350º
