1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 qt. peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Place butter in 2 quart baking dish. Put dish in hot oven to melt the butter. While butter is melting, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and milk. Pour over melted butter. Add the peaches on top of the batter. Do not stir.
Bake for 45 min. to 1 hour.

This has been a favorite cobbler recipe that came from my grandmother. Very yummy served warm.
