Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges - don't drain

Frosting:
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pieapple - don't drain
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding or 1 large box
1 (8 oz.) container cool whip

Cake:
Mix cake mix with oil, eggs, & water. Fold in oranges & juice in cake mix. Bake in 9 x 13 greased pan at 350º for 30 minutes or until done.

Frosting:
With mixer, beat cool whip & dry pudding. Fold in crushed pineapple. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate overnight.
