1 pkg. red jello (any flavor)
1 small carton Cool Whip
2 c. small marshmallows
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans

When grandma (Lucy) and grandpa Stovie used to come to Omaha for Thanksgiving, grandma Lucy always brought this salad. We named it "Lucy" salad. For a long time alot of us didn't like the nuts in the salad. Now that we are older, we can have this salad at family meals and share some great (and sometimes inappropriate) stories about grandma and grandpa Stovie. We love them and wish they were still here.
