1 cup water
6 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
salt and pepper (lots of pepper)
Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Add all ingredient to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then add 1/4 cup water mixed with 1 tbsp corn starch. Stir to thicken.

Serve with lumpia.

I always have to make two of these. I like it spicier than the girls. You have to adjust the tabasco and pepper to your liking.
