1 cup ground pork
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp crushed garlic
black pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. accent
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 can mushrooms, finely chopped
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients,except egg. Add beaten egg. Wrap 1 tsp of pork mixture lengthwise in an egg roll wrapper. Roll as shown on the back of the egg roll pakage. (to help seal, beat an egg with a few tsp of water and spread it with a brush on the end of the egg roll wrapper.) Fry in oil until golden brown.

Lumpia should be very long thin rolls. I still haven't perfected the size. Joe's mom makes them very thin. Nick, Nate, Lex, and Syd know how to roll these. Syd probably has them down the best.
These are another Filipino must-haves when celebrating.
