2 pkg. yeast, 1 t. sugar,1 cup lukewarm water
2 cups scalded milk
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
4 t. salt
2or 3 beaten eggs
8-9 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cool milk to lukewarm. Add yeast, oil salt and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour to make soft dough. Don't get too stiff. Let stand 20 minutes. Knead until smooth and elastic. P,ace in greased bowl and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Dough will keep up to 7 days in fridge. Shape rolls. Let rise and bake at 400ºF.

This is handy to have in fridge ready to make fresh warm buns for dinner.
You can use powdered milk which doesn't have to be scalded and may be added with flour and then the water with other liquids.
Also you can use instant yeast and add with flour instead of mixing with lukewarm water.
Make sure the water you do add is lukewarm.
This dough can be used to make cinnamon buns, bread sticks, parker rolls etc.
