1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons flour
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded cheese - preferably cheddar

In large black iron skillet brown beef, onion and celery. Drain fat. Stir in flour, tomato sauce, seasonings, and peas. Simmer 5 minutes. Top with biscuits and cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
