7 large potatoes, boiled and cooled
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheese(sharp)
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 cup chopped green onion

1 cup crushed corn flakes
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9X12 pan. Line pan with all the shredded potatoes. Mix together the next 5 ingredients. Pour over potatoes and lightly toss. Top with mixture of corn flakes and butter. Refrigerate 8 hours. Bake 350ºF for 45 minutes.
