5 cups flour
1 t. salt
1 1/2 cup warm water
4 T. oil
2 eggs, beaten
FILLING:
5 cups mashed potatoes
1 kg. dry unsalted cottage cheese
TOPPING:
1 lb. butter
1 - 1 1/2 cups chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil and beaten eggs. Stir flour and salt together. Add to liquid. Mix well. Knead on counter until dough is smooth. Cover and let stand 2 hours.
Cut with round cutter. Fill with desired filling. Grind cheese and potatoes together. Boil in salt water. When pyroghy rises to top of water , boil an additional 5 minutes. Remove carefully and place in casserole.Melt butter and fry onions. Drizzle with butter and fried onion.
NB: Rinse with cold water to prevent from sticking together.
