1/2 c. Criscoİ
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar

Directions:
With an electric mixer, beat sugar, butter, salt, Criscoİ and vanilla until fluffy and white. Heat milk in the microwave until it is a bit more than warm*. Add small amounts of milk to the sugar mixture at a time and beat. Keep adding until all but 1 tbsp. of milk is left. Beat mixture until sugar is dissolved.

Enough to frost 24 cupcakes.

*You have to be careful and not add milk too hot or your frosting will get runny. Save the 1 tbsp. in case you have to reheat it and add to dissolve sugar.
