2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sourcream
1 c. butter
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1 c. 2% cold milk
Icing:
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1c. chopped pecans
4 tbsp baking cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. In a bowl mix sugar, flour,salt, soda, eggs and sour cream. Set aside. In a saucepan mix butter, cocoa and cold milk bring to a rolling boil and add at once to first mixture. Beat well. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. While baking make icing as follows. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans in a bowl and set aside. In a saucepan mix cocoa, milk and butter. Bring to a boil. Add sugar mixture and beat well. Pour over cake immmediately after removing it from oven.
