1 egg white at room temperature
2 dashes of salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1 c. walnuts, chopped
walnut halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º F. Beat room temperature egg white with salt into stiff peaks. Gradually beat in sugar and spices. Fold in chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoon full onto greased cookie sheets. Put a nut half on each cookie and bake for 35-40 minutes.
