MIlk 1 gallon
sugar 11/2 quarts
liquid eggs 1 quart
Ground Sugar 3 tbsp&2tsp

Directions:
Directions:
•Add all ingredients to the bowl of the
20 quart mixer.
•Place the bowl on the mixer with the
wire whip attachment.
•Mix on speed level 1 for 3 minutes.
•When the mixer stops, scrape the
sides of the bowl.
•Mix on speed level 1 for 1 minute.
•Transfer the French Toast Batter
from the mixing bowl into a clear
lexan with lid.
•Label, date and refrigerate.
•Stir before each use.
