1 T. olive oil
2 c. shredded store-bought rotisserie chicken (or you can cook and shred your own chicken)
1 c. frozen baby peas
1/2 c chicken broth
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch Cayenne pepper
12 oz. wagon wheels or other short pasta
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for sprinkling
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and heat through. Stir in the peas, broth, garlic, and cayenne and simmer until the broth has reduced slightly, about 2 minutes. Keep warm over low heat.

Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta for 5 minutes. Drain and add to the chicken. Stir in 1/2 c. cheese and butter and simmer over the medium heat, stirring frequently, until the pasta is al dente, about 3 min. Season with salt if necessary, and serve with additional Parmesan Cheese.
