1 pound chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
3/4 c. butter (melted and divided)
1 box Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice Fast Cook
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1-2 T. olive oil
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and saute in olive oil until no longer pink.
Cook rice according to package directions and put on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Combine 1/2 c. butter, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, and chicken in a bowl and stir.
Pour chicken mixture over the rice.
Top with cheese
Mix cornflakes and remaining butter in a zip lock bag until coated and pour over cheese.
Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes uncovered
