1 large onion
1 bag baby carrots
1 bunch celery
3 T. flour (heaping)
1 stick butter
3 cans chopped clams-drained
1 lb. cocktail shrimp
1 can tomato puree
4 potatoes-cubed
1 can chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
3 c. milk
Gouda cheese (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions, carrots, and celery. Put veggies in soup pot with butter. Saute' until tender. Take off burner and stir in flour. Mix well. Return to burner and add remaining ingredients (except the cheese). Stir very often so it doesn't scorch. Add the cheese when potatoes are tender. Do not boil after cheese is in.

This is very yummy and everyone loves it especially my Timmy. I usually double it so we have leftovers. Enjoy. I love you all!
